thanks for all the pictures. I think I'm liking this. I pass it a lot myself, and I'm still not sure about how exciting it is. What I do think I'm liking is how this tower portion actually resembles the Graphics Arts building, as far as colour choices go.
 
Within the condo - what is the old graphics art building being used for? Is this some common space usage or something else? assume it is not being transformed into residential units for sale.
 
Was converted to condo over 10 years ago.

can't believe the balls of all parties with respects to the floor of spandrel. Without it, this tower was actually turning out better than expected which was set very low
 
How many people will actually see that floor?


It wraps around onto Sheppard and just looks ridiculous. They should have went with an entire different treatment than some vain attempt to blend spandrel with vision
 
That whole concrete wall is to be covered in spandrel. The 9th floor is mechanical space and the bike locker rooms - why would you want to put a glazed wall there?
