If I had to guess I'd say that it's an Orange Theory or a similar type of studio. This space seems too small for an open gym.

Menkes Developments has submitted a revised proposal for 218 Dundas Street East, calling for a 44-storey purpose-built rental tower designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architects. The redevelopment of the historic Filmores Hotel site would bring 542 rental units to Toronto’s Garden District.
New frontpage story up, fails to mention the valiant struggle of longtime UT poster @Towered to reclaim backpay from the now defunct joint.....
