No, but they'll have triaged their permits such that once demo and facade retention is fully complete, shoring can commence. The permit review is underway now. Why would LiUNA want to pay tens of thousands for machines to sit idle because they couldn't figure out their schedule?

Well I mean it's WZMH; they arent capable of designing anything that looks respectable, let alone good.

They arent the elite firm that they were 30 years ago.
