Toronto 290 Old Weston Road | 98.55m | 29s | i-Squared | TACT Architecture

^Possibly as there are several projects in this area. The image isn’t the best but there is fencing all along the west side so I will wait for a poster who actually walks the area to get better pix. Also wondering how this relates to the Delta Bingo to the north which is also fenced off now.

What do you mean "relates"? They're three different, independent, projects. The Davenport Extension is going ahead now, 290 Old Weston and 1799 St. Clair are not.

^With so many large-scale projects next to each other along with transport improvements, I was wondering if any coordination was done by planners.

The City does not 'coordinate' private developments.

There is no possibly. This project is not moving forward, and the image is not of this project. Stop.

You can see where permits exist:

The pink dots on the left have permits, none are this site.

Correct. The only change I'd make here is if all three of these were going ahead at the same time (they're not), the City would assign a work zone coordinator to ensure traffic was at least somewhat harmonized. Public traffic can't really be controlled, but inbound and outbound truck movements from private developments certainly can be (and are, where appropriate) and that's what would likely happen here. Again, 2 of the 3 aren't going anywhere, so this isn't the case here, but were they to, they likely would be.
