The main building is complete and has been for quite some time, it's just the heritage building at this point. Not sure if that means you want to change this to complete, I believe the charles at church down the street is the same.

Should have no trouble moving it if it's well priced, the former Britnell Books space (also Starbucks among other incarnations) is leased to Shake Shack.

Needs to be a cozy cafe, though I would be unlikely to patronize it.
