This is fairly nice........
It appears to come from The Studio JCI of yesteryear, the one that knew what colour and warmth were. Is someone back from parental leave?
206 units to 3 elevators is 1 elevator per 69 units
Unit sizes are mostly decent, 3 beds could be a bit bigger (they're just in the 900s, and really need another 100ft2 or so). A few of the twos.........the layouts given limited windows will be 'interesting'.
I know there's a tendency to never give up a foot square, but pulling in a couple of light wells on the rear side of the building (north) would allow additional windows that I think would yield a higher rent per ft2, and you'd make a chunk of the loss on ft2 back.
This could be done more efficiently as well, by relocating the stairs towards the centre, then using the space behind the elevators/stairs as one of those light wells.
A single, light well, on the front, opposite the elevators, could be delivered with curved glass bringing light to the elevator lobbies, (an expensive, but small feature), with 2 units picking up new side windows on every floor.
