I remember when that space was Eaton's. The typical off-white brick used for the Eaton's stores of that era (late 1960s through late 1970s) is still present in sections.

Thank god. Walmart would be great for Bramalea mall!

We're going to have to see if Walmart is occupying both floors. I really hope so, designer depot can be moved anywhere else, it's not occupying the entire upper floor.

For the sake of fire egress, I believe it'll be similar to the Walmart at Square One where both floors are taken up, and the second floor is a second entrance / exit. It would be a lot to shift people down to the first floor in the event of a fire where they're all piling out of the entrances / exits.
