I once made the silly mistake here of thinking PARTISANS was a developer. And was corrected that they where infact an architectural firm instead...and boy did I feel like a just-fell-out-of-the-wagon ass...
...that said, I see what their shtick is now: To add extra particles in the vapour to make it look more sexy. And nothing more. They might as well have the proposals in their renders impossibly levitate. >.<

H&R; REIT announced the sale of 145 Wellington Street West in November as part of $1.5 billion in dispositions, but did not disclose individual sale prices.
That works out to 317 per ft2.
That's on the low end for a Class A building.
