I can tell you the City's system says there are ZERO valid permits or permit applications for this address. That seems odd. No outstanding orders either.

The website for Newpoint Developments Inc. no longer exists. There does not appear to be a valid project page for this development.

I think @Paclo should be flagged on this one for further investigation.

The permit was pinned to the wrong location.
