Such a fantastic project.

I think my only gripe is that the mullion finish is too light in tone / perhaps too reflective. It visually muddies the "cage" of precast around it from a distance.
 
I assume the new TTC Summerhill Station entrance in the podium will open when the building is complete?
Disappointingly, the new south subway entrance work starts in Q2 2026 and will continue through 2030 or later.

It took 5 years to build the Yonge subway between Union and Eglinton (1949-1954) and a second exit to an existing subway stop takes about the same length of time? What is wrong with this picture?
