Can't the condo board vote to fill up the white gaps? Probably the least expensive way to fix the grotesque mistake. Add some white cladding to get cohesive blocks of white clad wrap around sections or at least some kind of straight line geometric shape. It could really work wonders for this project and make it striking even, matching the crown concept perhaps too. The name also sucks, but if they set on the maple leaf symbol they could add some maple leaf public art at ground level lol. I'm actually serious. How can buyers really take this cladding seriously?

Maybe because it was pre sold and mainly built during the investor box era?
