For a luxury development I'm finding the cladding material here to be rather run of the mill.

The window treatment is more of a concern. The expanses of window wall with spandrels at the back and part of the sides, along with the stretch of projected linear balconies, also at the back, seems out of place for such an upscale building and disrupts the cohesion of the design. It reminds me of the typical frontal treatment of suburban homes where the front facade receives nicer windows, cladding and details compared to the sides and rear of the house where it is more basic to save on cost. The renderings (probably earlier versions) show sleek curtain walls, much nicer but still oddly out of place.
