Progress on this tower reminds me of early progress of The Pemberton, but I suppose you couldn’t blame them for not wanting to rush while market (including rental) is the way it is. Besides, the hoarding does say ‘Fall 2028’, 2.5 years should be plenty of time. I just feel sorry for local residents whose park was taken away for this project … I’m sure the original date for the replacement park was way earlier than Fall 2028.
 
I've seen this project in person quite a few times and I must say, the concrete forming looks very poorly done. Especially the southernmost columns between the ground and second floor.
