Can somebody post an updated name and phone # to start bombarding fhem with phonecalls. This is ridiculous seeing they were told in October to return deposits. If we dont bet interest from Vandyk we should get it from October till the day we get our deposits back

So as I said earlier it looks like a lengthy process... All decisions of the buyers on amended APS will be put forth to the court and then they will seek courts permission to proceed further for Refunds... sum of my last conversation with Meg two days back.

Yes Meg had told me that everything goes through court.. if they dont have enough approved APS with new prices then need go back court to decide the status of the project.

So bottom line……another decision dragged out……we will be lucky to het $$ this year

We should all decline their $4!tty APS, so they can't move forward.

And they just have to collapse the project. They've made enough money, let's not help them make more.

Probably. For the earliest buyers, April 2025 is the latest they need to return deposits. Just a couple months left.

According to Meg at KSV they have until April 25 to send out all the e mails…after that they still need to return to court…we are not getting our money for a while yet folks
