1) The bathroom looks pretty nice, not exactly my taste, but it works.
2) Floor being that dark could be an issue, as the footprints illustrate, though, of course, if one has wet/dirty footwear, it really ought to come off at the door.
3) The Kitchen has decent finishes, but it's sooooo small. I can't imagine entertaining from that kitchen, and even storing my dinnerware, cookware and glassware would seem a challenge, not sure where the food would be stored.
4) The soffits/variations in ceiling heights is way, way too much. The variations are everywhere.
5) The building aspires to deco'ish, and old-school hollywood glam. The bathrooms, kitchens and floors at least read as roughly in-line w/that. The washer and dryer do not...... neither to the baseboards, whose lines are too simple and modern.
6) All the pulls/handles are in something like a brushed nickle. I actually like that as a choice and tend of to find a more brassy look as just a bit too kitsch / o'er the top. Yet, if you're doing the psedo-deco/glam look, I think something in the brass family was probably needed for contrast w/all the dark colours.
