Correct, it seems like they are incorporating that element into every project they have now.

Retractable glass actually looks pretty good, when you see some of the Vancouver projects that have them.
They make buildings look better than what they would've looked like with just balcony glass.

That’s pretty cool, would love to see some of those projects. I feel like the renderings don’t do it justice.
