Until the street was assumed by the City it was the responsibility of the developer, it is now a CITY street so any parking regs are made by City. Nothing to do with WT.

Chatted with a construction worker on site and the white exterior and “wood” pattern divider panels are both indeed high end porcelain tiles.

The construction is coming along very nicely. Pics are from today.
