Does anyone know if they're going to keep the facade standing while they degut the inside portion. Or will they dismantle it and rebuild later ?

According to this UT article they'll be kept in place during construction. Should be interesting, we don't usually see 9 story tall facade retention.

According to a teller at this TD branch, they're closing on March 6th, 2020. And will be opening up their new location a couple blocks east, at Dundas West & Chestnut on March 9th.

Scaffolding along Dundas has been erected and removed several times over the past year or two. I have no idea why as there were no visible changes.

Yeah i suspect that the COVID-19 will be next thing to shut the construction industry down?
