A beautiful renovation of an old duplex house. Toronto should have many more of these kinds of properties.
 
Definitely so- they form the 'Missing Middle' sort of housing that is probably the ideal level of density for low-rise areas.
 
I like this and would be very happy if this type of density would be more of the norm in Toronto. I am thinking of downsizing and want to live in a building of this scale some what central to the core of Toronto but not a high rise.
 
Small scale multi unit building. 1000 more of these please.

Our housing issues would go away quite quickly if buildings like this were allowed throughout the city. Especially in areas currently zoned only for single family dwellings.
