Foundation work Foundation work is currently being done on the eastern most lot. I can't tell if it's for the building that still stands or for a new structure.

Progress? Just noticed today that the area is being cleaned up by some crew. Anybody have any ideas on what's developing along here?

I guess they're still on schedule in terms of the 2010 completion then. I really can't wait for the new streetscape - especially the bike lane.

On that bicycle note, does this place have a plan for a bicycle lane or something of the sort?

I've seen the renders for what OCAD wants to do to 100 McCaul and their building on Richmond and they look really neat! They want to put a digital screen beneath the Alsop block that would be great to see - but I doubt the people across the street would appreciate it.

I love the shadow of the CN Tower in this shot. The shadow will look even better when the building is taller.
