Honestly I had just assumed it was an HVAC vent stack, but then again why would it start at grade if all the HVAC units are stored on the top floor?

For my 100th post, a few photos of the One, giving off the most pencil tower look I've seen yet:

If you look closely at this first image you can see the curved floor slab at the top left corner of the building, which means they've reached the point where the residential balconies start!

Just one photo from Bloor/Spadina - I noticed around 5 pm yesterday an interesting effect where the sunlight really accentuated the vertical column cladding but muted the diagrid cladding. Must be specific to the angle of the sunset around this time of year
