@builder12 that’s correct. You got it. I imagine they’ll ask for us to fill in a PAD form once the property has been registered. And.... Congratulations!
I went to IKEA and got a track system. It’s $15 for 1 track. I bought 4 for my 1+1br.
It’s really simple to set up and looks really nice. You can do it yourself or if you have family or friends to help you out. I can offer some advice but there’s a tutorial video available. Feel free to shoot...
@Ed09 this is happening on the 6th floor for me. The dog tends to bark when left unattended. They also use the hallway to play with the dog. Honestly I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just people who may not be accustomed to condo living yet. I had problems with my neighbours...
@fooman when I occupied the space back in December, the water wasn’t as hot.
It would make sense that it is based on demand. The shower does get a lot hotter now.
I also hope we can get a condo board established soon to sort out any other complaints. I think the neighbour above me is doing...
That’s condo living. It should be rare and tbh I think people new to this kind of living just don’t understand how easily sound can travel.
I also find that the insulated glass doesn’t block the noise that well. It could be because I’m lower to the ground and that I wasn’t used to living next...

Well... I just had water damage due to a leak from the unit above. Happened just above the shower. Probably a good idea we do a full flood test (fill the bath tub/sinks right to the brim) to see how it handles it rather than finding out later and out of warranty.
I was thinking of posting this. I have the same problem. There’s a dip in the tub that causes it to puddle. You’d have to put effort in squeegee-ing into the drain.
They measured your unit to only 415sqft? Wouldn’t need a measuring tape to know something is wrong. Did the measurements include all closets and lost space between walls? I think I read somewhere on here that is how it’s measured and how it’s marketed (quite deceitful). There is the total square...
