They are using good quality but residential part, especially the circled part will have mismatched facade. it breaks the smoothness of a building.

Im curious what a normal pedestrian think of the facade when they cross the street? not a traditional Toronto grey facade so they probably notice that.

I hate them too. very few times wrap around balconies have been executed very well. this is one of those cases.
