They actually tried to do it on Saturday but it was too windy, and the small crane/panel was spinning uncontrollably after they brought it all the way up. They eventually aborted mission and came back on Sunday!

@BloorMan speaking of dirty windows, how often do they clean the windows? I moved a couple levels below you and they are filthy. Makes me wonder if they were ever cleaned! :)
