Personally, I've gone from daily using it to maybe twice a week - otherwise, I take Ubers. Same with my professional friends. Time to take the TTC out back.

No worries - I've been told they are very transparent. It'll be fun if we lose Line 1 for a bit after Line 3 being decommissioned. The incompetence and corruption is astounding.
This is AFTER an audit was forced on them. They've been hiding it for years. But there's always some TTC apologists despite their decades of mismanagement. I can't even even start with the SRT flying off the rails (literally).
