I think consumers have power. Uber drivers probably think their customers hate cyclists too. Consumers need to communicate clearly their expectations.

It’s going to get worse before it gets better. Do yourself a favour and get a bike or take Ubers for a few months. The city and all its institutions have proven to be utterly incompetent with this matter.

It makes sense if the traffic isn’t there esp M and F. Also, the more they cancel trains and the more people drive or take TTC, this end of union becomes less of a destination.

I wonder what it would take for us to handle these situations appropriately: I think drivers are collectively realising en-masse that if none of them follow the rules, they win.
