What does 'soon' mean? This year or next?

I am sure the buyers don't mind that considering the real estate market

Are they keeping the same completion date of q1 2028 or that's going to change? With construction getting more expensive how feasible does this project look?

It doesn't seem like they sold 90 percent of the condos. Is it even worth it for the developer to complete this?
