My PDI is scheduled for tomorrow and it’s the first my partner and I have ever done considering this is our first property purchase. Is there anything we should be looking out for specifically or any advice you could give us?

first time condo buyer here, or any property for that matter; this may or may not be a silly question, but i was wondering if anyone knew what the occupancy fee would be, or what values would be used to calculate it?
