Burano Condos photo facing North on Bay Street from College Park Condos! Have seen a few units inside and the night view facing South from a higher floor (lots of floor to ceiling windows) must be spectacular the way it "leans" out over Bay Street.

Very true, the pool/fountain need some more design. I put College Park in quotes for that very reason. It is a public park, perhaps the many new Condo residents surrounding it can be involved in the future to make it even better.

First, thanks Geekaroo for your photos. Have driven by several times lately and it seems all too big! Rather like a "Monster" at street level. I was expecting a set back podium and more street level access. More light..(less building?) A Fortress comes to mind..

What are the lines running down? There is also an underground river running down Bay Street that complicated the new Toronto Police building at Bay and College several years ago.

The LCBO is convenient and very close to Charlie. That is the Four Seasons Yorkville in the right corner of the photo.

Firmed up on some Commercial space in the new Aura today, will be 122 shops and good news..the building is two months ahead of sked according to the Aura representative.

Stevie..I like your music but..The number is really really bad!! Ask any Chinese friend what is the meaning..it just doesn't go with such a high tower!! too bad it wasn't 888 (rich,rich,rich) but that would move it up yonge street near 1 Bloor!!!

The first picture shows where the Aura entrance should be (the shadow of the crane on College Park) The exact address?? Yonge?Gerrard? Nice pictures with the morning sun warming up this new project!

Milan is one of our most popular Blog posts...the location is not the best, the gas station stays, maybe that gas station could be turned into a future plug-in for new electric cars.Great pictures, I can even see the Gas station!

Aura Entrance The Aura Brochure showed an entrance between the old College Park and the new Aura off Yonge Street ending where you show the arrow.

Staging Pile Drivers Drove by today, looks like the three "pile drivers" are set up to go but no ground broken that I could see. That "fence" looks like coloured sheets and not really high at all. Must be temporary.. Now we have a fenced in pile driving site..ready to go!!
