I think we are beyond the point of return regarding gentrification of flemo and Thorncliffe, it is a forgone conclusion once Eglinton LRT and Ontario Line are in operations these areas wont house many of the people that are there today. This is just reality unfortunately.
Once the western tower tops out in April / early May more resources will be diverted to the Middle and Eastern buildings. Spring / Summer weather is when they work the quickest so expect these to top out rather quickly.

Another winter for folks to take busses on eglinton will be very challenging and disappointing for riders. Also the snow logic doesn't make sense because as we all know snow storms can last all the way till April lol.
