    Pretty sure that this is not the first time in the history of mankind that a condo building was built next to a gas station...i have a friend who's 2nd story condo balcony faces a very busy car wash.

    I'm quite surprised at some of the not so good reviews on this hotel. In Dallas, where I live, the Ritz Carlton, which is fairly new as well, is a horrendous short and stumpy building.
