The courtyard at Time and Space Condos in Downtown Toronto, seen in this image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor GTAConstruction, is coming together as the complex — the largest single condo building under construction in the city currently — gets closer to full completion. The opening of the courtyard in the middle of the U-shaped complex represents another piece of the puzzle, not just for the complex itself, but also for the reshaping of Old Town Toronto area from a business district into a fully mixed-use, high density neighbourhood. The Ontario Line 3 subway is coming to it next.
