Thanks for your answer. The new condo is being built at Northeast of Fairview road and Hwy 10, they told me that only 25 steps to the LRT Stop........if it built at CP, 400m distance away taking at least 5 mins walking....

Just Wondering that the "Fairview" stop is not going to be built at Fairview road north?? Metrolinx confirmed that it would be built there.
