I'm liking the contrast between the dark towers and light and not overly sized podium.

No bulky soul sucking podiums? I'm in!

Staggering that this one has another 84 floors to go. I really appreciate all those individuals who post their photos documenting its construction.

I really like the existing structure. I know it's wishful thinking on my part, but would prefer it remain, but alas, progress...

After asking a bit around over the last year, IMO probably no shovels in the ground on any large core office towers until the early 2030s.

When you have borrowed into the 10 figures, weekend OT for a forming crew to perform critical path work saves money.

I'm very excited about this one. The rendering reminds me of a NYC Central Park setting...

I'm in no rush to see the Shoppers go. Maybe with a bit of a pause in the market and construction here, we'll get something a bit different than its adjacent peers in the future.

It's not just the unit to elevator ratio. Taller buildings mean longer wait times, which is why some of us older folks don't like to live in tall buildings...

Nobody does heritage like Toronto, which is probably not a bad thing...

A large project without massive podiums gets points in my book. Enjoy the colour play. Yes towers particularly the rectangular one a bit blocky.

In my opinion a good location to put a sizeable tower. Firstly, the location falls into the vast area of metro where the current structures, if demolished, would be of no great loss to the neighbourhood, at least from an architectural perspective. Secondly, I'm in favour of spreading newly...

My son lives in the area. They cancelled the 144 downtown express bus during covid. While I'm all for urban renewal and increasing density, currently adding people here means adding cars to the city's roads in disproportionate numbers. I would like to see some increased master planning...
