I'm still waiting for any video or photo evidence of the MU light illuminated (the blue light above the rear doors), particularly in the few times it ran in MU operation.

Just in case it wasn't already reported here (attempted with the Search function), the TTC closed their Customer Service Centre Office closed on Friday.

After leaving Kennedy while in the middle of something, at least back in the day, it would require a 90-second pause until I came out of the portal approaching Warden. I'm with Fido (for better or worse).

I noticed the same thing, except I rode on the front car, and assumed I caught residual reception from the stations (forgot to check in on this during the Greenwood Shop event). But what got me, was Warden to Kennedy around late August.

No arguments from me there. Something about not doing it while driving, and something about not being able to hear anything (outside) while traversing the tracks. I don't know why this is/was a thing (if it is/was). And why its not in writing.

Before, as you may have experienced, operators were stopping at all railway crossings, protected and otherwise. Where basically you'd... Come to a stop (5m rule from nearest rail); open operator window, then the front doors only (somehow do not let passengers off); look both ways and listen...

Based on this drawing by the EglintonTOday project, I suspect one will be installed at some point in the future.

Fairbank station crews have moved their fencing surrounding the open space west of the station building at some point in the last week or so. People are enjoying the space. I counted about 12 just last night outside of those using the planter to sit and wait for a northbound bus.

That was my first impression. I didn't want to believe it.

Heads up for anyone in Hamilton, there is a William White film crew in and around the station today. My train was filmed coming in, and there were holiday garland-type decorations on the edge of the canopy of the northern platform.

It's not. It's 344.

If I were to visit, I'll be relived to reassure myself knowing that GO, VIA, and (some) UP Express railcars have washrooms on-board. And the nearby ones by the Food Court, if it ran quick.
