It might be pushed further for a few more months. It also depends on what floor you are on. Q2 of 2026 is looking more realistic. If you ask me again, "Why do you think so", my answer would be EXPERIENCE. :)

Also, they have few units remaining and 3-4 years to sell them. Menkes had a great year in 2013 starting with 365 Church and then Harbour Plaza. I have mentioned this in my blog on Similarities in successful condo launches of Toronto.
