What do we need to submit for ‘copy of deposits amount made’? I have submitted copies of Demand draft and cheque. But they are asking for more documents on this. Please advise what document they are expecting?

I believe pre con sales in all time low. I am not sure they could sell all these terminated contracts. I also believe they won't complete this project. Even if they do, I would doubt the quality.

I feel like 90% of purchaser rejected the amendment. I am not sure, if this forum is biased towards rejection :). But I know around 4 purchaser outside of this forum, they all rejected. I felt like most of the people in this forum also rejected the amendments. If that's the case how could...

Yes, i believe they can't drag beyond March 2025.

I believe the reason they are sending this in batches is to pressurize the people not to cancel the contract. If all amended contracts are sent on same time to 200 buyers. They might not have time to pressurize everyone.
