This will be a real boon for the area. The condos at Dupont & Lansdowne have helped a lot but a project this size is needed to re-create the feel of the entire neighborhood which was rundown for decades.
Nobody earning $15/hour is ever going to be able to afford any of the units in a building like this. Not sure what you bought and for what price 6 years ago earning $15/hour either. If you say otherwise, show your math.

Yeah it's annoying waiting for completion but don't hold your breathe. It is actually planned to be completed this fall (this was the timeline given from the start of the project) so they're actually right on schedule.
