    This will be a real boon for the area. The condos at Dupont & Lansdowne have helped a lot but a project this size is needed to re-create the feel of the entire neighborhood which was rundown for decades.

    Yeah it's annoying waiting for completion but don't hold your breathe. It is actually planned to be completed this fall (this was the timeline given from the start of the project) so they're actually right on schedule.

    There needs to be a rule against feeding pigeons in this entire complex. The old park was littered with pigeon feces to the point where there was nowhere to sit and enjoy a meal.
