As a resident - I can tell you that they are ordering glass from China and we have been waiting quite awhile.
We have glass in our unit that was broken on move-in (May 2017) that still needs to be repaired. The good news is that we have been told that the glass has arrived they are just...
On another note: Despite the recent renovation to the front lobby, the revolving door is broken again and entry has been limited to the Yonge street entrance.
I personally like the McEwan's but I see it as an alternative to Pusateri's not to BSM. Prepared foods are nice and great to have in the building, especially during the winter, but they just don't have the selection or the prices to compete with BSM in my opinion. The Longo's across the street...

I disagree. I would lump One Bloor East in with the 'Charles Street' neighbourhood of condos which includes the CASA buildings, Chaz and the X condos at Charles and Jarvis. Considering three of those buildings are GG, the amenities should be comparable.
Very fair. But I would love to see a cultural shift (even beyond GG) of being forthcoming about mistakes and rectifying them without defensiveness or arrogance. Visitor parking was a big issue too, and they basically said that it was up to First Capital and that nothing could be done. They...
