They are advertising No occupancy period on the remaining units it seems. So it's possible that final closing may be soon.

I got a an email from my lawyer that the builder has confirmed occupancy for Aug 26 for my townhouse. Does anyone have any idea when land can be registered?

I was told as the sales office that there will be different final closing dates for each entity based on completion of each one to be able to get title.

I just reviewed the details from the design studio. And there is supposed to be one. Did they say anything about it in your PDI ?

This is quite interesting that they are offering symmetrical speed for up and down. I've never noticed rogers offering this.
