Very interesting - given the lack of the typical Toronto processes (Zoning/SPA) the built form here is a lot more like a traditional residence like Pitman Hall rather than the tower-and-podium style Hoem and Daphne Cockwell residence building. Way more students on a floor is probably better for... -
