From today: The balcony railings continue to make a huge difference in the appearance of this building (imo).

More trees! (Would also like way more trees on the road in question above...as per the development application... But I guess we have some liars building developments in this city)

Trees! (Side note: can anyone provide any ideas as to wait the metal cylinders sticking up are? They are cemented in all around the outskirts of the park)

And from today, a little walk from the corner of the new street and Dupont, south -> west -> north around the new community centre and park: And finally, the new bike "lanes" on Emerson. When will we finally figure out that paint is not infrastructure?

Not sure if anyone as posted this before, but the crane (and RCS slightly) is peaking into view from the Rogers Centre 500s now. Curious how tall this will appear when finished. From this angle, do we think it'll be taller than ICE? Go Jays!

Perhaps someone could shed some light on the reasoning here, but I really don't understand why there are no trees (or spots for trees) along Queen St. in front of this building. On both of the north-south streets on the flanking sides, there trees (or spots for trees), but along the...

First bits of the non-window cladding on the main tower (not sure the proper term here, I don't think this counts as spandrel?).

    Toronto Eglinton Line 5 | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

September does seem like the best time to open this line. A pseudo new year. End of summer break for some means many people are going back to the routine. Making the newly opened line part of the routine fits. Hope it isn't delayed more!

No real updates of the new build. Some cladding additions have been made in the last week or so. I did want to share these pics of the old community centre though. From last week as the snow was melting. It's such a unique building in Toronto. Taken with the 200mp mode on my S25Ultra so had...

Nothing too in depth. Just comparing the same view from 20 odd months apart. May 9 2023 vs. Feb. 6 2025 (today)
