    Toronto | Promenade Mall Revitalization | ?m | 35s | Liberty Development | WZMH

New items in PlanIt for a 6 storey office building on what is currently surface parking on the east side (Bathurst St.) of the mall. Renderings and other docs are up online, but here are some screenshots of it. Re-orienting of the perimeter mall road (Promenade circle), as well as some of the...

    Toronto | TYSSE: Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station | ?m | ?s | TTC | Grimshaw

From my understanding it's in York regions 2051 or 2041 future transit vision thingy ( or something similar)

    Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

From the Jays website. Obviously just for next season as the 100L infield is the same. Of note, the outfield wall looks slightly different in left field vs. right field. Eventually, we'll get dimensions, but the left field power alley specifically looks pretty short. Raised walls will attempt to...

    Toronto | M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | IBI Group

I know it's definitely not the case, but how hilarious would it be if they forgot about adding something in 🤣

    Toronto | 7700 Keele | ?m | 60s | Avenue 7 Developments Ltd | BDP Quadrangle

I love the look of the buildings, but the city of Vaughan shouldn't allow this to happen. The VMC is right over the train tracks. Every big development in Vaughan should be sent straight there for the foreseeable future. Aside from other densely developed areas like Promenade/ Thornhill CC...

    Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

Woah! Floating chairs! When did Toronto install that sculpture?!

    Toronto | The Thornhill | 81.68m | 25s | Daniels | Kirkor Architects

Part of one of the three cranes (I believe) for this development fell onto Bathurst during today's storm. No one was hurt thankfully and I don't believe any of the progress was damaged. I also inserted a picture of the building so far, but a crane piece in the bus lane is something you don't see...

    Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

I actually think it's the opposite. As it grows, the white and lighter greys overtake the darker tones, making the buildings appear as they are becoming part of the sky. Or at least that is my hypothesis

Detroit is a lot closer to Toronto than I realized 😲😂

But like what if it just doesn't... Wouldn't that be dandy?

    Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 299m | 90s | Menkes | a—A

The only thing I took from that video is that I've been pronouncing Menkes wrong the whole time. I thought it was more "Men-keys" not "Men-kiss". Woops!

    Toronto | CG Tower | 188.97m | 60s | Cortel Group | BDP Quadrangle

Rebar on the south side of the site is peeking above grade, while the north side seems to be 2 levels below that. The park on the north end of the site seems to have not been touched for months, which is expected as they appear to be using it for storage. Hopefully this eventual tallest tower in...

    Toronto | Transit City Condos: TC4 & TC5 | 174.34m | 50s | SmartCentres | Diamond Schmitt

Very active site today in the frigid temps. Kudos to the worker bees. TC 4+5 progressing quickly, TC6(?) starting to gain height. Looking forward to more cladding going up on TC4 to start being able to better see the staircase effect.

    Toronto | Transit City Condos | 176.17m | 55s | CentreCourt | Diamond Schmitt

From a very cold afternoon today. These really are great buildings. Surrounding area will hopefully be more lively in a few years.
