The Freshii and INS on the corner are also closed. I'm not sure about the cafe, but the dentist's office is moving into the podium of the Phase I building, beside the community centre. Presumably Pinnacle offered them the space.

It's supposed to connect directly into the second floor (some details here). That said, the Union Station side has no hole (as of this morning), so the phasing is very different from the Phase 1 bridge.

You mean 11 Bay? That's very disappointing (among other parts of your update). Might be worth updating its thread with that information.

Strictly speaking, I don't think Cinnabon themselves ever announced anything -- it was Anne Marie Aitkins who mentioned it during a Metrolinx podcast over a year ago. If there's been something confirmed by Cinnabon themselves, I'd love to be wrong! The mystery logo doesn't look very Cinnabon-y...
