Well, we know now that even the raised-curb sections do not provide effective separation and safety, and are pretty much just an invitation to drivers to pull over there while they pick up their coffee/Uber passenger or make their delivery.

Especially the entire block westbound in front of Harbord Collegiate. I guess that's so school buses can pull right in and park on the bike lane. Plus there's a block eastbound, east of Grace, where's there's NOTHING — not even a painted line (last time I checked, anyway). The plans show...

Can someone explain the rationale for this one-block cycle track slated for Power St.? Is it for bypassing Parliament to go to/from Shuter?

I took a look today, and here's how the north side looks. Nothing happening yet on the south side. The workers were just wrapping up and one predicted it'll take "a few more months."
