The transit geek in me is really hoping we don't get a dividing wall. It's one thing I really enjoy about the montreal metro.

Looks like they were doing soil samples last week. All the driveways have been blocked off, people who were paying to park on the properties have been booted. Seems as though something is going to be happening here. internal rumblings have Brampton office closing and relocating to 1 Mount Pleasant.

One thing I keep wondering and haven't really seen it addressed is how they plan to go over/under the bala sub that turns north on the immediate west side of the valley. Is there enough space to come off the new bridge and dive deep to get under the tracks? but then in the first photo above...

A perfect example of the border between Toronto and East York.... the acorn lights, housing stock, heck you can even see the line in the asphalt, lol

wondering if this trail is passable on a bike yet? can you get through where the tunnel is supposed to be built? anything keeping people out from being able to traverse it's route other than the gap for the the tunnel? I'm assuming you can just dismount and walk over the tracks there to continue?

having grown up just around the corner, I love what they did with this square, what I don't understand is why they brought back that terrible statue of Alexander the Great... it's like a kids doodle and there is nothing great about that version of Alexander.

I wonder how long it will be before office towers jump NpS and build tall to the north of it, I would imagine that being on the subway lines is a huge point for developing office space, could we see a new cluster in the next boom spring up.
