Looks like Rooster Coffee is coming to the south retail space. One space left to fill.

According to this marketing package from Great Gulf, looks like a Rabba and the cleaners are coming along with two others http://www.firstgulf.com/pdf-property/X2_2014.pdf Not sure how old this is, but hope that is still the plan

I've been told a dry cleaner on the Charles side. Not sure of anything else yet

I know someone associated with Aroma. A few months ago they told me they were approached about the space but weren't interested. Not sure if thats changed, but I'd be very happy if it has.

just received a package saying that the registration should be complete in the next 2 to 4 weeks and then closing should follow a few weeks after that. Finally!!!
