I don't know why you'd duplicate the 407 Transitway, when you are already getting quite close to it.

Service currently starts a couple of hours earlier on Saturday mornings. It starts at 20-minute service, but goes to 14 minutes (departing Kennedy) at about 6:30 AM and about 7.5 minutes by 7 AM.

Not for the first hour or so of service in a day. I'd guess that this will change when the line fully opens.
