They are only selling the lower bowl so far and nothing in the north so it's not clear if they will be ready. My own speculation based on the construction photos we've seen is that the south expansion will be ready but the north won't.

Seeing some of the photos of some of those Toronto neighbourhoods with on street parking, I don't even know how they will even be able to clean those streets. Some of these idiots should have been periodically cleaning their cars I think.
