I've seen many maps that it'll be a 41s building but not sure what the timeline is, if it's been approved and who the developer is? Will it block city views at Jade's balconies on the side closer to the lake shore? From the looks of it, Annie Craig will curve and go behind Jade so the 41s tower...

Does anyone have any insight on when the Jade Park will be finished? Has the topo survey been completed?

Does anybody know what will be built in place of the current Conservatory Group sales centre right beside Jade Waterfront Condos? Any drawings of the area plan would be appreciated. Thanks.
