No, that would be set by new developer. In 2017 maintenance fees were to start at $100 month was what we were told. This new developer took on project knowing they would not make money just to get their reputation out there. Never heard of them, Elm Developers.

Had a meeting yesterday, got more info there than we have over 7 years. Could answer several questions. Do your homework folks. Our price went up more than 50%, closing costs have more than doubled since 2017, maintenance fees will not be what we were told 7 years ago. Drove past site yesterday...
