Has anyone that's moved in received a bill or been charged for hydro or the heat pump? We've been here since the beginning of December and nothing yet. Occupancy/key pick-up was contingent on submitting registration forms for Wyze (hydro) and e-Cubed (heat pump), so I'm surprised it's coming up...

I've noticed some developments have gaps and others don't. My last place at College Park had gaps (like a half inch). Not sure why for the gaps. I agree it looks better when it goes to the top of the ceiling.

I don't know the source, but the rate that was used for our occupancy fee was 3.090%. Hope that helps.

Hey @m3austin, i think there may be variations to how the interior is done for this floor plan. I saw the same floorplan on condos.ca but there's no baseboard along that wall, the window wall goes right to the floor. I wonder if it has anything to do with if you're on a floor where the precast...

Hey @asoong, none of the amenities are complete. The party and gym rooms seem close to being complete, but there's nothing in them. They were also testing the pool before the holidays, and now it looks like they've drained it. Here's a few photos. party room gym

Hey @StuGold I got tenant insurance. We are technically renting until we get title/deed, then we’d switch to homeowners insurance. Hope that helps. My lawyer did say the policy needs to have a minimum of $2 million personal liability.
